The Institute of Public Administration Australia (ACT Division) is a non-profit, non partisan professional body for all who have an interest in the promotion of good governance and excellence in public administration. The Institute, with its state and territory divisions, is long-established and is highly respected both within and beyond Australia. Our members are drawn from all areas of the public & private sectors, academia, and the student community.
The Public Sector plays a vital role in the daily lives of all Australians. Now, one organisation is playing a leading role in the activities of the public sector. Through a range of far reaching and innovative programs, the Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA) is enhancing the work and influence of the sector throughout the country.
Membership of the ACT Division of IPAA is open to those who have a continuing interest or involvement in public administration and management. The Institute is a professional non-political organisation with divisions in all states and territories and coordinated by a National Council.
