2016 Innovation Awards - Finalists

Congratulations to the 12 finalists in the 2016 Public Sector Innovation Awards. 

These finalists were selected from a strong field of 83 nominations from across the APS, demonstrative of the great innovation that is taking place in the public sector. Finalists presented their innovation to a panel of judges at a pitch event on 16 June. Winners were announced on 27 July 2016 during Innovation Month. See all the finalists below.

This category recognises a new or improved solution to an existing problem. The solution may relate to process, to service delivery, to programmes, to policy or to regulatory approaches. It may relate to stopping doing something (a process or a service) so that a new approach can be tried.
