Initiatives that use digital and data to deliver a fundamentally new oﬀering or provide signifcantly improved services to and interactions with citizens.
A new award has been added for 2017. The Judges’ Award will be given to a nomination from any of the above categories that stands out from the crowd. It could be a disruptor, a start-up, or something that little bit different!
