CEF | Diversity

Discuss the findings of gender and disability studies, impact of unconscious bias and suggestions for change.

It is 2016 and workplace diversity should be practiced by organisations, employers and the public sector. Many organisations think they are championing diversity, but what is the evaluation of gender and disability workplace programs indicating?

In March, the Canberra Evaluation Forum will be joined by Emeritus Professor Meredith Edwards, Professor Deborah Blackman and Sarah Goulding, to discuss the findings of gender and disability studies, the impact of unconscious bias and what suggestions there are for change.  The Forum will also examine case studies looking at the evaluation of diversity in overseas aid programs.
