IPAA invites you to join Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and David Thodey AO in a highly relevant conversation for the Australian Public Service about organisational transformation and cultural change.
Satya and David will explore themes from the Review of the Australian Public Service; the relevance of these themes to the APS and learnings that can be applied from Microsoft and organisations embracing digital transformation around the world.
Based on his experiences leading Microsoft’s own transformation, Satya will share his perspectives on Microsoft’s transformation; leadership lessons from his 25 year career at Microsoft; plus the opportunity for Australia and Australian organisations to flourish in an era of tech intensity and transformation.
Satya Nadella became just the third Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft in 2014. Since then he has led Microsoft’s global workforce of over 140,000 employees to embrace a growth mindset; a culture that seeks to “learn it all” rather than “know it all”.
David Thodey AO
