IPAA ACT, in partnership with the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, invites you to register for a half-day conference on 'Maximising Value from Data: Navigating the Opportunities and Challenges' on Thursday 17 October.
The conference builds on the ‘Public Sector Data Integration: Unlocking the Value of Australia’s Public Data’ half-day conference held in November 2017, and will be future-focused, while linking to the 'Independent Review of the APS', where appropriate, recognising the importance of data to policymaking, program delivery and broader public administration.
Over two sessions, delegates will hear from leading experts in applied data and analytics, featuring Deborah Anton, Interim National Data Commissioner, Professor Abigail Payne from the Melbourne Institute of Applied Economic and Social Research, and David W. Kalisch, the Australian Statistician.
