Join IPAA ACT and the Executive Assistant (EA) Committee for the next EA Series event: ‘Demystifying the Recruitment Process’. The event aims to equip and empower participants to achieve their professional goals and invest in their ongoing capability development.

Participants will hear from an engaging panel about their approach to EA recruitment and the use of Psychometric testing in the highly competitive government environment. 

Participants will hear from a General Manger within a large department on how they are strategically approaching recruiting, a consultant on the use of Psychometric testing and a Director from a Secretary’s office on how EAs are a benefit to the department.
