The Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA) ACT is pleased to be partnering with the Department of Finance to host an event that will focus on the theme of transformation in the public sector.
This event is part of a series that will explore different transformation scenarios, looking at how different areas have applied change; the challenges they faced; what made the difference to their transformation success; and the lessons they learned that can be applied going forward.
Opening remarks will be made by Rosemary Huxtable PSM, Secretary of the Department of Finance and will feature a keynote address from Andrew Colvin APM OAM, Commissioner of the Australian Federal Police (AFP). The Commissioner will share reflections on the AFP’s transformation process.
