IPAA is pleased to invite you to a special event on Tuesday 5 March in advance of International Women's Day. Senator the Hon Marise Payne, the Minister for Foreign Affairs, will provide the keynote address. Senator Payne was previously the Minister for Defence and the Minister for Human Services.
The event will be held over breakfast in the Great Hall at Parliament House and will hosted by Frances Adamson, IPAA ACT President and Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. A vote of thanks will be provided by Trish Bergin, head of the Office for Women at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
International Women’s Day celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action to accelerate gender equality.
Join public sector leaders and be part of an influential conversation celebrating the importance of women in leadership in the public sector. This is one of IPAA's most popular events, so we encourage you to register your interest soon to avoid disappointment.
