SPEAKERS

Jack Dolan

Jack is currently the executive assistant to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Aged Care, a position which he has occupied since July 2020. Jack commenced in this position in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and associated vaccine rollout. Jack has worked in the Australian Public Service (APS) for over 13 years.

Rhana Crago PSM

Rhana has over 20 years' experience as a senior executive assistant in the Australian Public Service, and is currently EA to Dr Gordon de Brouwer PSM, Australian Public Service Commissioner. In 2017 Rhana was awarded a Public Service Medal for outstanding service in the role of executive assistant in the health and finance portfolios.

Paulette Billings-Brown

Paulette Billings-Brown is the senior executive assistant to the Parliamentary Budget Officer, Dr Stein Helgeby. She has worked with Dr Helgeby for over 13 years, starting when he was a Deputy Secretary at the Department of Finance. Prior to commencing work with Dr Helgeby, Paulette worked as a project officer in both the private and public sectors, specialising in IT projects.

Stephanie Kolobaric

Stephanie is currently chief of staff to A/g Secretary Department of Home Affairs, Stephanie Foster PSM. Prior to this role, Stephanie led the global initiatives branch with responsibility for leading the department’s Five Eye engagement and multilateral fora. Stephanie has held a range of roles across national security agencies with frontline operational and intelligence cyber and counter-terrorism experience.

Cal Yager

Cal is an executive assistant and secretariat officer at the Australian Trade and Investment Commission, specialising in the delivery of high-profile events, including the Australian Export Awards and the Trade and Tourism Ministers’ Tourism Jobs Summit. He comes from a private sector background, having worked for over 10 years in reception and sales roles at well-known national brands.
