The IPAA ACT Mentoring Program provided a unique and exciting development opportunity to build on career performance and connect participants with professional individuals and networks from across the Australian Public Service and ACT public sector - those seeking to mentor others (mentors) and those seeking to be mentored (mentees).
The program was run exclusively for IPAA ACT Corporate Members once a year. The pairing of mentors and mentees was undertaken by IPAA ACT, with mentors and mentees being hand selected from a range of portfolios across the Australian Public Service and the ACT Public Service.
The IPAA Mentoring Program will not be run in 2021, as a result of COVID-19 interruptions in 2020 and other considerations. It remains part of IPAA’s potential future calendar consideration, however, no decisions have been made about the next program dates. Information will be provided on this page for future years once confirmed.
