EA Series | Conflict Management 101

On 12 April 2018, Executive Assistants from across the public sector attended a unique IPAA event run with the EA Series on conflict management. The event was run in response to feedback which IPAA received at an EA Masterclass (Short Hits of Training) run back in June 2017. Conflict Management was one of the most popular topics that EA's wanted to hear about in the 2018 Series. 

Barry Poppleton, a consultant from P7 Consulting who specialises in organisational development services in both the public sector and non-profit organisations ran the discussion and spoke about a mix of theory, tools and techniques on conflict management.
