Exploring Nesta’s Participatory Futures Report

On 21 July 2020, IPAA ACT and DISER Futures hosted an online event, Exploring Nesta's Participatory Futures Report filmed at the IPAA office in Barton.

The event was opened and chaired by Will Story, A/g First Assistant Secretary at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. Dr Jose Ramos, co-author of the Nesta report and Director of Action Foresight gave the keynote presentation centered around how governments, funders, citizens and society can work together to create more inclusive futures for our communities.

Will then facilitated a discussion with panellists Carolyn Hendricks, Associate Professor at ANU Crawford School of Public Policy, Dr Kristin Alford, Director at the Museum of Discovery at UniSA and Dr Jose Ramos.
