IPAA ACT’s Strategic Plan 2019-2022 describes how we will work toward promoting excellence and professionalism in public administration over the next three years.
Developed following consultation with members and discussions with senior leaders across the public sector, the Strategic Plan centres around four key pillars:
Key initiatives under each of these four pillars drive the direction of IPAA ACT’s work by providing opportunities for peak bodies, academia, public and private sector staff to come together and share expertise and knowledge. Together we will Debate, Collaborate, Innovate and Communicate by building capability in public administration.
